I got this email from Charles today.

“Subject: TEASER

Hey JoyGenea,
        Here it is!!!!!!!!!!! It came yesterday.

Charles”

In that moment seeing the frame was when I really could see that the whole painting is going to leave the studio and hang on a wall and look so different not sitting next to the items that helped to create it.

I sat for a moment looking at the image and taking in the idea of it being shared with others. It was a warm and good thought.

As serendipity would have it while I am spending so much time on the website for the painting and traveling through two years’ worth of grief journey I am in the start of a TAPS class of Dare to Lead and I have taken a couple of other TAPS on-line workshops in the last couple of weeks. Why I say that is serendipity is because there are many emotions that have come up in the website building process and by having these workshops, I am around people that understand, now how to support that, and who encourage the conversation. That is the gift of having a good and healthy support system. I really have wonderful people in my life.

I can’t wait to get this website all caught up with content and then start to share it with the world.
